When it comes to composition, Stainless Steel 309H sheets and plates are primarily made up of iron, along with 23–25% chromium, 12–14% nickel, and a higher carbon content than standard 309. The cold rolled plates were produced at room temperature with a polish finish. The plates come in various thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 6 mm and widths as much as 1500 mm making it very ideal for precision and aesthetic purposes.

The perforated sheet has strong resistance to corrosion with various hole patterns for functional as well as for aesthetic purposes. Sizes are commonly between 0.5 and 6 mm in thickness, and up to 2000 mm x 1000 mm in dimensions to be used in filtration and ventilation.
